Q. How long if i place an order will it take for my windows to be fitted?

A. Our installation date is normally 3-4 weeks from point of order, but we will always try to accommodate any particular dates you require.

Q. If i place an order what is the procedure?

A. We then carry out a final survey, send out a contract for signing and request a small deposit

Q. Who will be fitting my windows?

A. All of our fitters are PAYE, we do not use sub-contractors

Q. Are you Fensa registered?

A. Yes, our Fensa registration number is 10422

Q. Will i get a guarantee? 

A. Yes, we give a 10-year insurance backed guarantee on our installations

Q. If i wanted to fit my windows myself can you still supply them? 

A. Yes, we offer a supply only service if wanted

Q. When will i pay the balance for my installation? 

A. You pay the balance once the installation is completed

Q. You hear some awful stories about double glazing companies, how do i know you are not one of these? 

A. We have been established for 21 years, since 1989, a family run business always based in Swanley, and we are Fensa Registered

Q. Will a salesman come round? 

A. We do not employ sales people. Dave or Tony, who own the company, will call and give a free quote with no pressure. It is very informal

Q. If i need an opening altered, or a conservatory or porch base built can you do this? 

A. Yes, we can do the whole package if you would like, plus build paths and steps etc

Q. Would i be able to see work that you have already done? 

A. Yes, we have lots of photographs of completed installations, letters of thanks and recommendations in our showroom. We can also arrange for you to look at some installations we have done.

Q. Do you offer Aluminium products?

A. Yes, we have a full range
