The Door & Window Centre has joined a handful of companies to reach the prestigious ‘100% Customer Satisfaction Club’ at Independent Network’s Annual Awards Ceremony.
‘Independent Network’ is the UK membership of dedicated installers of Windows, Doors and Conservatories and celebrates its 25th anniversary this year
Due to the ever- changing situation, Independent Network (powered by VEKA) held its annual awards ceremony and AGM online this year, but it didn’t stop the celebrations getting into full swing!
The 100% Customer Satisfaction Club is comprised of companies that have achieved 100% Customer Satisfaction during the year from customer satisfaction questionnaires.
Owners Tony Bettles & Dave Sinfield said: “We am overjoyed that The Door & Window Centre has joined the 100% Customer Satisfaction Club! This award pays tribute to our dedicated and committed team who have worked exceptionally hard, always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. Thank you as well to Independent Network for your support over the past 12 months- we couldn’t have done it without you!”
Karen Lund, Head of Independent Network, said: "We are really proud of all of our members and very happy that we have been able to support them. Seeing all the trophies, past and present, just shows what can be achieved when competent, professional fabricators and installers are given the support they need to bring the best out in each of them."
The awards were presented by John Meredith and Karen Lund on 28th September.
During the afternoon, the AGM conference featured VEKA Plc’s Finance Director Graham Fitton, along with Managing Director Neil Evans and Marketing Director Dawn Stockell. Neil reflected on the challenges faced by the industry during the past 12 months, whilst highlighting some of the successes, particularly those in relation to recycling, that have been achieved whilst working through a pandemic. Dawn spoke about the unique benefits that Independent Network can bring to members, especially during turbulent times.

The Door & Window Centre Ltd are pleased to announce that all our installers have passed their required Minimum Technical Competencies test (MTC course). The MTC card is now required by law to have hold to be a competent double glazing installer. The course and test was over seen by Network VEKA on a on site installation. Well done to all our installers.
